An Garda Siochana have issued an update into a missing person case of a young man from Sligo.
Following the discovery of a body, the missing person appeal in respect of Kian Gillespie, has been stood down.
Kian, who was 22-years-old was reported missing from Ballinode, Sligo, since Wednesday, 22nd April 2026.
Gardaí would like to thank the media for their assistance.
